How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

I aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. For delivery within the Netherlands, it usually takes 1–3 business days after shipping. For orders outside the Netherlands, it may take a little longer, depending on the country. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I choose which carrier delivers my order?

At the moment I ship all orders via PostNL. In the future I am considering working with multiple carriers, so you can choose yourself.

When will I receive a reply to my question?
I do my best to answer all questions as quickly as possible. I run Theodoors Artworks alongside my regular job, so it may sometimes take a little longer before I can respond — usually within 1–2 business days. Rest assured: I won’t forget you and I will always get back to you.
